      What Does This Warranty Cover?

      This warranty covers any defects in, damage to, or malfunctions in your new Big Frig cooler or Big Frig cooler cutting board divider, basket, or cup holder (hereafter “cooler” or “cooler accessory”).

      How Long Does the Coverage Last?

      This warranty lasts 5 years from the date your Big Frig cooler or cooler accessory was originally purchased from Big Frig, LLC (hereafter “Big Frig”) or from a reseller authorized by Big Frig. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the cooler or cooler accessory except when sold by a reseller authorized by Big Frig or given as a gift.

      What Will Big Frig Do?

      Big Frig will repair or replace (at its sole discretion) any defective component of the cooler or cooler accessory at no charge.

      In the event that the kind of cooler or cooler accessory to be replaced has been discontinued or is not immediately available (including products customized by Big Frig as a condition of original purchase), Big Frig may elect to use a similar, non-customized product of its choosing as replacement or to provide a refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping) of the product in the form of store credit.

      What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

      Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) is not covered. Further, any item which has been customized or otherwise altered (including but not limited to etching, engraving, embossing, ablating, and water transfer printing) after purchase is not covered by this warranty. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

      How Do You Get Service?

      In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you must submit the warranty registration form available at within 30 days of receiving the Big Frig cooler or cooler accessory.

      If something goes wrong with your cooler or cooler accessory, submit a brief written description of the problem using the contact form at with the subject line “WARRANTY CLAIM”.

      We will review your request and contact you within 3 business days to inform you of the results of our review and of any further actions you must take (see section below) before we are able to process your warranty claim. Once all requirements to process your warranty claim have been satisfied, Big Frig will repair or replace your product within 30 days.

      What Further Actions Might You be Required to Take for a Warranty Claim to be Processed?

      Big Frig may, at its sole discretion, require any or all of the following before processing a warranty claim: photos of the damage to or defect in the product; return the product to Big Frig at your expense; provide the proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice for the product.

      How Does State Law Apply?

      This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
