- Keep it out of direct UV light when not in use and store dry in a cool place
- Hammocks are flammable; keep away from open flames and embers
- Get it dirty? Remove carabiners, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, and hang dry

Limited Warranty for the United States
We take pride in and trust the products that we make. Under our Limited Warranty, Eagles Nest Outfitters, Inc. (“ENO”) warrants to the original end user purchaser that its new ENO product(s) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and protected against normal use for a period of two years from the date of delivery when purchased from an authorized seller.
To submit a warranty claim, please complete the form below, and our warranty team will be in touch within 2-3 business days. Please do not send product(s) to ENO prior to receiving a warranty authorization.
PLEASE NOTE this warranty does not cover:
- UV damage (e.g., discoloration, brittleness)
- Elemental/accidental damage (e.g., damage from wind, burns, or animal bites)
- Damage caused by improper care or use inconsistent with ENO product setup instructions, safety requirements, and care recommendations (e.g., hanging over 18″, jumping, swinging)
- Normal wear and tear beyond the 2 year warranty duration
- Damage caused by after-market design modifications or alterations
- Lost/stolen product
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (e.g., Craigslist sellers, unauthorized third-party sellers on Amazon)
- Used or previously-owned products (e.g., products purchased from REI Garage Sale)
- Products where the product setup and care label has been removed from the product(s).
Please note that because ENO cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from ENO or an ENO authorized seller in the United States of America, unless otherwise prohibited by law. ENO reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
