The Jeep Gladiator UTE Tray System is a platform‑specific aluminum tray engineered exclusively for the JT chassis. Unlike universal flatbeds or adapted pickup trays, this system is built around the Gladiator’s divorced‑frame architecture, rear overhang, sensor layout, and factory electronics. The result is a clean‑fitting, modular, and fully reversible tray that transforms the Gladiator into a true UTE‑style utility platform.

The Gladiator doesn’t share geometry with the mid‑size Series trays. Its frame, wheelbase, departure angle, and bed‑to‑cab relationship require a tray designed from the ground up for the JT chassis. The Gladiator UTE

Base Pricing Includes
Your starting point is the SET Base Deck 72" (1828.8mm) wide × 60" long, engineered specifically for the Gladiator.
 
Required components included:
33" tire fenders
Fuel filler standard kit (JT‑specific)
Tailboard blank panel
JT‑specific tray‑to‑frame mounting brackets
Plug‑and‑play supplemental wiring with LED DOT lighting, markers, reflectors, and plate light
Camera and sensor relocation brackets
 
This is the foundation — everything else is modular.
 
Modular by Design — Build It Your Way
Instead of tiered packages, the Gladiator tray uses a modular accessory system. Add components now or later — everything bolts on with no cutting, no rewiring, and no fabrication.

Factory bed outlets can be relocated under the deck or inside an underbody box. Trailer plug, camera, and blind‑spot modules all have dedicated relocation solutions.
 
Installation
Professional installation is recommended, but capable DIY owners can complete the install with a helper or lifting equipment.
 
Estimated install times:
New Gladiators: 8–10 hours
Older/salt‑exposed Gladiators: 10–15+ hours
 
The system is fully reversible if you ever need to return the truck to stock.
 
Durability & Replacement Parts
Every component is modular and replaceable — fenders, panels, brackets, and under‑tray accessories. Trail damage or accidents don’t total your tray.

Not required, but recommended depending on your build plan.
 
Base deck weight (approx.):
Gladiator Tray: ~235–255 lbs depending on configuration
 
Since the factory Gladiator bed is heavier, most trucks see a net weight reduction before accessories are added. Know your GVWR and plan accordingly.
 
Width Options
All Gladiator trays come standard at 72" (1830mm). 76" width is available by request.
