This lightweight, high-flow sandwich plate is constructed from lightweight CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum, providing unmatched precision and quality. The built-in thermostat prevents oil flow to the cooler until the engine oil reaches activating temperature, allowing for both a faster warm-up at start-up and extra oil system protection in cold climates.
 
The included 185°F (85°C) thermostat can be changed with a 160°F (71°C) or 200°F (93°C) unit, adding unparalleled control over your desired engine oil operating temperature.
 
Thanks to a small footprint and rear-mounted thermostat, the Mishimoto's sandwich plate can be installed in even the tightest engine bays where the exhaust or other engine components create strict space constraints. This sandwich plate includes two 1/8-inch NPT ports for use with temperature or pressure sensors.
 
As with all our products, this sandwich plate includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty, ensuring superior Products quality and craftsmanship.
