Due to the nature of our products, refunds cannot be issued for items that have been worn, used, or had the packaging opened (unless the item is faulty).

You can return your order at any time up to 28 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email us or write to us.

You do not have to give a reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in future.

Upon receipt of the goods in saleable condition we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and you should ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage.

The right to return goods to us, as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:

If you have opened the packaging the product came in.
