This is a complete kit that will eliminate the whistle from your upto 50" LED Bar..
These whistle eliminators simply slide over the bottom (2) fins on the back heat synch of the LED Bar to eliminate the whistle. Upto 50" and can be cut to shorter lengths for smaller length LED bars if so desired.
