6061 aluminum brackets, with stainless steel hardware, all contribute to significantly increased strength without binding and maintain the factory specifications all while improving the looks and solid feeling action during setup or take down. Never have to replace another plastic hinge again!
 
Our Billet Aluminum Hinge Kit has the ability to correct the flimsy feeling found as the hinges weaken replacing the plastic hinge and pivot points for a smooth and solid connection.
