A Stability Rod & Hinge Kit that replaces the support rod parts for the Flip-pac Campers.
 
The 12° North Industries stability rods are a must for anyone looking to replace the older and exposed plastic hinge-brackets which are prone to breaking as the UV breaks them down rendering the camper useless.
 
We have addressed all of the issues of the factory design incorporating better material for the hinge-brackets, increasing the life of the hinge-brackets and added more material around the spline and bearing areas.
 
6061 aluminum brackets, a choice of replacement aluminum or carbon fiber rods, adjustable sperical HEIM joint ends, all contributing to significantly increased strength while maintaining or better the factory specifications all while improving the looks and solid feeling action during setup or take down.
 
Our rods setup has the ability to correct the flimsy feeling found as the hinges weaken.  Adding of the adjustable sperical HEIM joints replaces the plastic eyelet ends while a smooth and solid connection on the mounted lock-down pins with new replacement pins.
