The Chinook Universal Tourniquet Pouch (TMK-UTQ) features a 4" elastic retainer band on each side for better tourniquet protection and coverage.  Fits most tourniquets, including C-A-T, SOFTT, and EMT.
 
This product cannot be shipped outside the United States (except APO/FPO addresses).
 
The Chinook Universal Tourniquet Pouch (TMK-UTQ) is designed to fit most tourniquets, including the three Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) recommended tourniquets: Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T), Special Operations Forces Tactical Tourniquet (SOFTT), and Emergency Military Tourniquet (EMT). 
 
This tactical tourniquet pouch comes with a 4" elastic retainer band on each side for better tourniquet protection, and is designed to fit belts 1" to 4" wide.
