The Short Titanium Spork is built for ultralight cook kits and minimalist setups where every gram is counted and the utensil has to disappear when it is not in use. At 4.25 inches and 0.3 ounces it stores inside a standard titanium cook mug or slips into a pocket, which is the whole point: it does not add a separate thing to pack or lose.

Small does not mean flimsy. It is handcrafted from 100% pure titanium, so it has the strength to be used hard without flexing or snapping, and it brings titanium's other advantages: it will not crack in the cold like a plastic utensil, it does not corrode, and it does not carry flavors or smells from one meal to the next. It is polished throughout, which is both a durability choice and a nod to the fact that people who care about their kit like it to look right.

The bowl combines fork tines and a spoon in one head, and the bottom edge is squared so it can scrape the corners of a bowl or a pouch clean rather than leaving food behind. An oversized carabiner hole lets it clip to a pack, a zipper pull, or the handle of a cook pot.
It is 4.25 by 1.75 inches, handcrafted in the USA in northern Minnesota by people who understand backcountry travel, and covered by Exotac's lifetime warranty.

Choose it over the Long Titanium Spork when packed size matters more than reach; choose the Long version when you eat out of deep freeze-dried pouches or wear gloves at mealtime. It is the utensil for the person who has already trimmed their kit to the essentials and wants the last item on the list to be as considered as the first. At 0.3 ounces it costs almost nothing to carry, it will not corrode or crack in a lifetime of use, and it stows where a full-size utensil cannot.
