Made in Nepal
Introducing an Old Style Khukuri based on famous Mark I, (also known as MK1), but with a FULL TANG.
This khukuri blade was modeled after what was used during World War I but by popular request, it has been recreated in Full Tang. Full tang handle is made a bit larger for USA hands.
LEATHER SHEATH IS IN PROCESS OF CHANGING. SAME DESIGN BUT DIFFERENT LEATHER PATTERN IS COMING.
With the deeper grooves in the spine, this is a style of blade that the enemy would have faced in World War I. The Notch is known as Kaudi (sometimes called cho). The Sheath is also heavier duty with a brass Logo of Knives By Hand on the tip.
This knife also comes with large side knives that are built for use. The small sharp knife is called Karda. The other is a honing steel called Chak Mak. These are traditional side blades and are hardened.
This is hand is forged in Nepal per KBH specifications and by their Blacksmiths. It is fully functional and sharp. Made in the same technique that was time proven in ground war. This is a good knife for general purpose camp use and easily used for self defense.
Currently comes with a Nepalese Scabbard.
